Unit 22: Abbreviations, Medical Specialities, Qualifications and Medical Eponyms

Description:

This unit contains sets of flashcards to enable students to memorise the names of medical specialities and to expand abbreviations associated with disease, pharmacy and medical qualifications. The unit also contains a set of flashcards on medical eponyms relating to disease. Each disease is named after the person who first identified and/or published information about it for example Alzheimer's disease named after Alois Alzheimer.

Abbreviations and medical specialities are flashed onto the screen for you to guess their meaning.

 

 

 

Access:

The interactive course is available for 1 year from date of purchase and is studied via the internet on your computer. After one year the course can be renewed at no further cost by individual students.
